Services and prices
Serving in is operated by UniGrid Digital Technologies Limited. Basic employer access includes one active listing; corps member accounts, matching and applications are free. Featured PPA costs ₦10,000 for a 30-day promotion of one eligible listing. Assisted recruitment costs ₦50,000 per campaign. Employer Pro costs ₦25,000 monthly and includes up to 10 active listings and recruitment CSV reports. These are the checkout totals; no additional platform fee is added.
Payment and activation
Paystack processes payments. Serving in does not store card numbers, CVV codes or card authorisations. Access is activated only after server verification of the payment amount, currency and environment. A pending checkout is not proof of payment. Receipts are available in your billing history. Test payments are labelled and do not collect real money or enable live entitlements.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Employer Pro renews monthly using your authorised payment method until cancelled. The checkout acknowledgement includes consent to recurring charges. Cancel renewal from Billing or Paystack’s subscription management page before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access for the period already paid. Failed renewals do not extend paid access. Existing listings remain visible after Pro expires, but new listings are limited to your current plan.
Featured listings
Only verified organisations may promote open, unexpired PPAs. Sponsored listings are clearly marked. Sponsorship does not change candidate-fit scores, employer verification, deployment eligibility or application decisions. A closed or expired listing stops appearing even if promotion time remains. No impression, application or hiring volume is guaranteed.
Assisted recruitment
Your campaign enters a review queue after verified payment. We will confirm requirements, scope and a delivery date with you before work begins. Do not include private candidate documents in your brief. The service provides screening and shortlisting support; it does not guarantee a hire, PPA acceptance or NYSC approval.
Refund requests
Request a refund from the relevant paid order in Billing, explaining the issue. An administrator reviews the request against service delivery and applicable consumer rights. Approval starts a full refund through Paystack; it is complete only when the provider confirms processing. Refund timing depends on Paystack and the payment channel. A refund request does not cancel subscription renewal: cancel renewal separately when required. Refunded purchases lose the associated entitlement. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
